Your order must be placed between 06:00 GMT Friday 14th Feb 2025 to 23:59 GMT on Monday 17th Feb 2025 to be eligible. Offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or vouchers. Discount does not apply to website delivery fees. Tortoise Tom decision is final with regards to the validity of use of the Offer in cases of suspected fraud.   6. If we give you a refund, it will be for the price you actually paid, taking into account the offer or discount. And if you return a single product from a multi-buy offer, our refund will mean that you've effectively paid full price for the products you keep.


  7. We can decline your order, if we don't think the promo code or offer used is valid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

  9. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time, with reasonable notice.
